This past week, “Neighbors,” starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen, came crashing into theaters, beating out “The Amazing Spiderman 2” in the box office.
The story is about a couple, Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne), who feel like they are getting old after the birth of their first child.

They see an opportunity to “not feel old” when a fraternity, Delta Psi, moves into the neighborhood, right next door. The frat is headed by Teddy (Zac Efron), Pete (Dave Franco), Scoonie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) and Garf (Jerrod Carmichael).

After partying with the frat, the couple becomes sick of the constant noise and call the police, even though they promised they wouldn’t. The cop (Hannibal Buress) tells the frat that the neighbors called a noise complaint in, which starts a war.

The war escalates when the neighbors use their friends, Jimmy (Ike Barinholtz) and Paula (Carla Gallo) as well as a pledge brother played by Craig Roberts. The war ends with a huge blow out party.

This movie is probably one of the funniest I have seen in a while.

It has got enough action in it to make the dialogue work and the jokes keep rolling off the actor’s tongues. There is even a fight scene between Zac Efron and Seth Rogen where they use sex toys as weapons, and if that doesn’t make you want to watch the movie, I don’t know what will.

Overall, great movie, great acting, almost perfect jokes and you’ll still be laughing about it for days after watching it.

Bottom line, go watch this movie.
